Company Overview
YDS Integrated Services is a requirement-driven contractor supporting Federal, state, local, education, prime-contractor and commercial customers. YDS organizes service, supply, installation, logistics and operational requirements from planning and sourcing through execution, quality verification, documentation and closeout. Depending on the scope and contract terms, delivery may use direct performance, product and supplier coordination, qualified subcontractors, or a controlled combination when permitted by the solicitation or contract.

YDS evaluates each opportunity against the actual scope, contract terms, licensing, staffing, financial and performance requirements before committing. For qualified pursuits, YDS provides centralized accountability while using the delivery method that best fits the requirement: direct performance, product and supplier coordination, qualified subcontractors, or a controlled combination of these. Specialized work is coordinated through qualified providers only when permitted by the solicitation or contract.
