FAQ
We’re launching from Lawrenceville and serving selected neighborhoods in Grayson, Dacula, North Snellville, parts of Lilburn and adjacent Gwinnett communities — by approved ZIP code and route availability. We don’t yet cover all of Gwinnett County. Check your ZIP on our Service Areas page.
Standard pricing is based on your yard size, number of dogs and service frequency for qualifying residential properties. Larger properties, heavy accumulation, unusual access, commercial and HOA grounds are custom-quoted so the price fits the actual work.
Yes. Larger serviceable areas take more time to cover thoroughly, so they factor into your quote. Yards over roughly ¾ acre are handled as Estate Care with custom pricing.

No. As long as we have safe access to the yard, you don’t need to be home. We text ahead, complete the visit, re-secure and photograph your gate, and send confirmation.
If we can’t safely access the yard, we’ll notify you and reschedule when possible; our lock-out policy may apply. You can store a gate code and access notes securely in your client portal to avoid missed visits.
For everyone’s safety and a thorough job, we ask that dogs be secured indoors or in a separate area during service. Let us know your situation in your access notes and we’ll work with you.
You’ll receive a service-confirmation notification for every completed visit, along with a secured-gate photo.
Yes. Collected waste leaves with us and is disposed of properly — nothing is left behind in your bins unless you request it.
Severe weather may shift your service day for safety. We’ll notify you and complete your visit as soon as conditions allow.
You enroll with a secure card on file through our onboarding portal. Recurring billing runs automatically on your plan’s schedule, with automated receipts by email. We never store raw card data on this website.
